Zet jij graag jouw netwerk- en overtuigingskracht in om talent aan te trekken en processen te verbeteren? Jij zorgt voor een constante stroom van nieuwe collega's en bent het gezicht van recruitment. Functieomschrijving Je bent als recruiter het eerste aanspreekpunt voor iedereen die bij deze organisatie wil werken. Jij maakt het verschil door mensen te leren kennen, te luisteren naar hun wensen en hen te begeleiden naar de juiste plek. Je werkt samen met HR, afdelingshoofden en collega's om vacatures goed in kaart te brengen en kandidaten welkom te heten. Op een doorsnee werkdag heb je contact met managers om te bespreken welke collega ze zoeken. Je belt kandidaten die gereageerd hebben, luistert naar hun verhaal en voelt goed aan of er een klik is. Je organiseert kennismakingsgesprekken, regelt dat alles soepel loopt en zorgt dat iedereen zich gehoord voelt. Je blijft betrokken tot de eerste werkdag van de nieuwe collega, en vaak ook daarna. Je investeert in je talentpool, onderhoudt relaties en denkt mee over hoe recruitment nog beter kan. Hoofdtaken: - Kandidaten actief benaderen en oprechte interesse tonen - Intakegesprekken voeren en samen functieprofielen aanscherpen - Het hele recruitmentproces begeleiden, van eerste contact tot indiensttreding - Opbouwen en onderhouden van een waardevol netwerk - Verschillende wervingskanalen inzetten - Samenwerken met externe partners - Het proces en de ervaring voor kandidaten steeds verbeteren - De organisatie vertegenwoordigen op beurzen en evenementen Dankzij jou… - Voelt iedere kandidaat zich welkom en gezien - Worden vacatures sneller en beter ingevuld - Ontstaat er een sterk netwerk van betrokken professionals - Wordt het recruitmentproces steeds persoonlijker en efficiënter - Komt de organisatie positief in beeld bij nieuw talent Wil jij ...
