Wat ga je doen?

  • Actief zoeken naar kandidaten via LinkedIn, jobsites, onze database, netwerken en andere kanalen.
  • Kandidaten spreken, hun ervaring, verwachtingen en ambities ontdekken en hen begeleiden naar een job die bij hen past.
  • Sollicitatiegesprekken voeren en kandidaten adviseren over vacatures en carrièremogelijkheden.
  • De juiste match maken tussen kandidaten en klanten en kandidaten overtuigen van interessante jobopportuniteiten.
  • Sterke klantenrelaties opbouwen: je begrijpt hun personeelsnoden, denkt mee en zorgt voor een goede service.
  • Actief aan de slag gaan met sales en prospectie: je spot commerciële opportuniteiten en durft nieuwe klanten te contacteren.
  • Kandidaten en klanten goed opvolgen doorheen het volledige proces, van eerste contact tot opstart.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van kandidaten, klanten, vacatures, contracten en documenten.

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma, bijvoorbeeld in HR, communicatie, psychologie, talen, economie of een andere relevante richting.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, luistert goed en weet mensen op een natuurlijke manier te overtuigen.
  • Je combineert een mensgerichte aanpak met commerciële drive en vindt het leuk om resultaten te behalen.
  • Je neemt initiatief, staat stevig in je schoenen en wacht niet af tot een opportuniteit naar jou komt.
  • Je kan goed omgaan met verschillende kandidaten, klanten en vacatures tegelijk en houdt het overzicht wanneer het druk wordt.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig en leergierig en wil jezelf verder ontwikkelen binnen HR, recruitment en klantenbeheer.
