Wat ga je doen?

  • Actief zoeken naar kandidaten via job sites, netwerken en andere kanalen.
  • Gesprekken plannen met kandidaten en hun ervaring, competenties en motivatie ontdekken.
  • De juiste vacature voorstellen en kandidaten begeleiden in hun zoektocht naar een nieuwe job.
  • Relaties opbouwen met klanten: hun noden begrijpen en advies geven over hun personeelsplanning.
  • Administratieve opvolging: klant- en kandidatenfiches up-to-date houden, contracten en werkpostfiches in orde brengen, vacatures posten.
  • Sales inzetten: nieuwe klanten ontdekken, overtuigen en deals sluiten.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of hebt een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring.
  • Je energie krijgt van het rekruteren en begeleiden van arbeidersprofielen, zoals chauffeurs, productiemedewerkers en techniekers.
  • Je graag in contact staat met mensen en verder kijkt dan wat er op papier staat.
  • Je stressbestendig bent en energie krijgt van een dynamische werkomgeving.
  • Je nieuwsgierig bent, graag bijleert en interesse hebt in HR en rekrutering.
  • Je vlot Nederlands spreekt en je ook in het Frans kan uitdrukken.
  • Je initiatief neemt, graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en een positieve dosis enthousiasme meebrengt.
