Als Corporate Recruiter bij The Sting Companies help jij ons om die mensen te vinden. Vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Lijnden werf je voor verschillende teams, formules en winkels. Je bent actief betrokken bij het hele recruitmentproces: van vacature-intake en sourcing tot gesprekken en het arbeidsvoorstel. Je werkt nauw samen met hiring managers en weet kandidaten enthousiast te maken voor The Sting Companies. Je krijgt veel ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, initiatief te nemen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen recruitment De wereld van fashion retail beweegt snel. Collecties wisselen, teams groeien en ontwikkelingen volgen elkaar in hoog tempo op. Dat vraagt ook iets van recruitment. Tempo, scherpte en kwaliteit zijn hier de standaard. Wat ga je doen? - Je voert vacature-intakes met hiring managers en vertaalt hun behoefte naar een duidelijk profiel en een effectieve wervingsstrategie; - Je schrijft aansprekende vacatureteksten en bepaalt welke kanalen en middelen het beste passen om de juiste doelgroep te bereiken; - Je sourcet actief naar talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, cv-databases, je netwerk, events en andere relevante kanalen; - Je begeleidt kandidaten gedurende het volledige recruitmentproces: van eerste contact en gesprekken tot het arbeidsvoorstel; - Je adviseert hiring managers over kandidaten, selectie, recruitmentstrategie en arbeidsvoorwaarden en zorgt dat het proces soepel en professioneel verloopt; - Je bouwt aan een sterke talentpool voor zowel onze hoofdkantoren als retail en weet kandidaten op een enthousiaste en persoonlijke manier aan The Sting Companies te verbinden; - Je draagt bij aan onze employer branding en recruitmentactiviteiten, bijvoorbeeld via social media, events, samenwerkingen met scholen en andere initiatieven.
