Als Recruiter bij YoungCapital in Eindhoven ben jij degene die lokaal toptalent aan de juiste bedrijven koppelt. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om zelf te bepalen hoe je jouw werving aanpakt en waar je die perfecte kandidaat gaat vinden. Je bent de onmisbare schakel tussen ambitieuze werkzoekenden en groeiende organisaties in jouw regio. Jouw werk als Recruiter Maar je doet meer dan alleen recruiten; je bent ook commercieel bezig. Je gaat actief op zoek naar potentiële klanten en gebruikt jouw assertiviteit om ze te overtuigen van een samenwerking met YoungCapital. Heb je een nieuwe klant binnengehaald? Dan is het aan jou om die belofte direct waar te maken en de beste mensen voor ze te zoeken. Wat ga je doen? In deze veelzijdige rol werf en selecteer je kandidaten waarbij je zorgt dat je de afgesproken deadlines haalt. Je voert zelf de sollicitatiegesprekken met de talenten die je hebt gevonden om te bepalen of er een match is. Daarnaast haal je actief nieuwe klanten binnen om je eigen portfolio te laten groeien. Je schakelt dagelijks met je eigen mkb-klanten, zodat je altijd precies weet wat er speelt en direct kunt inspelen op hun behoeften. Wat wij bieden - Een startsalaris van €2.750,- bruto per maand obv 40 uur; - Kans op meerdere bonussen bij het behalen van teamdoelstellingen; - We belonen jouw ontwikkeling en performance! Je krijgt de kans om te groeien in salaris na 9 en 18 maanden dienstverband met € 100,-; - Wij gaan voor een match made in heaven: na 15 maanden dienstverband ontvang je een eenmalige bonus van € 1.500,-; - Goed arbeidsvoorwaardenpakket zoals reiskostenvergoeding, gunstige pensioenregeling, 25 vakantiedagen, 6,5 ADV dagen en diverse incentive programma'...
