Als fulltime recruiter bij YoungCapital in Rotterdam kloppen regionale klanten bij jou aan wanneer ze op zoek zijn naar nieuw talent. Jij gaat met jouw klant om tafel zitten om erachter te komen wie hun ideale kandidaat is. Vervolgens schrijf je een vacature waarmee jij kandidaten direct enthousiast maakt om te solliciteren en zet je creatieve acties uit om sollicitanten aan te trekken. Hiervan selecteer je de beste kandidaten en daarmee voer je selectiegesprekken. Jouw doel? De juiste mensen met de juiste bedrijven matchen! Dat is hoe jij impact maakt. Eenmaal de juiste match gevonden, stel jij jouw kandidaat voor bij de klant. Match made in heaven? Mooi! Maar hier houdt jouw werk niet op. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles geregeld wordt om jouw kandidaat startklaar te maken. Je maakt een contract aan, verzamelt alle persoonlijke gegevens en zorgt dat jouw kandidaat verloont kan worden. Eenmaal werkzaam bij de klant blijf je betrokken. Denk aan verjaardagskaartjes schrijven, HR-gerelateerde vragen beantwoorden en kortdurend verzuim oppakken. Genoeg afwisseling dus! Naast recruitment & HR, is dit ook een commerciËle functie. Jij kijkt altijd naar hoe we onze markt kunnen vergroten en weet met jouw sociale skills en een dosis lef klanten te overtuigen van een (uitbreiding van de) samenwerking. Je gaat regelmatig op klantbezoek, leert jouw klanten goed kennen en adviseert in verschillende HR-vraagstukken. Jouw team & inwerktraject Jouw team bestaat uit zeven andere recruiters en de vestigingsmanager. Jullie werken samen op ons kantoor in hartje Rotterdam, van maandag tot en met vrijdag, tussen +/- 8.30 uur en +/- 17.30. Jouw eerste week start je met een onboarding school op ons hoofdkantoo...
