Recruiter (vervanging zwangerschapsverlof) - Vechtdal wonen Wij zoeken een Recruiter (vervanging zwangerschapsverlof) Een vertrouwd thuis. De basis in ieders leven. Bij een vertrouwd thuis staat woongeluk centraal. Met ruim 120 collega's zetten wij ons bij Vechtdal Wonen hier dagelijks voor in. Wij zetten graag nét dat stapje extra. Wegens zwangerschapsverlof van onze Recruiter Beau zoeken wij tijdelijk een vervanger voor haar plekje. Hoe ziet jouw baan eruit? Als Recruiter bij Vechtdal Wonen begeleid je zelfstandig onze werving en selectie. Je bespreekt met leidinggevenden wie we zoeken, schrijft uitnodigende vacatureteksten en denkt na over de beste manier om kandidaten te bereiken. Je zorgt dat kandidaten weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Jij houdt de regie over het proces en zorgt voor de voorbereiding, planning, het contact met kandidaten en de opvolging. Voor deze tijdelijke periode hebben we de taken zo verdeeld dat de HR-adviseurs de sollicitatiegesprekken voeren. Ook na het tekenen van het contract blijf je betrokken. Jij helpt nieuwe collega's om goed te starten, met een passend inwerkprogramma en een warm welkom. Daarnaast pak je lopende werkzaamheden op rond arbeidsmarktcommunicatie en ondersteun je projecten op het gebied van vitaliteit, trainees en stages. Ook ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de uitzendbureaus waarmee we samenwerken. Je onderhoudt de contacten en stemt de inzet van tijdelijke medewerkers af. Het is een hele afwisselende rol waarin je veel contact hebt met collega's en externe partijen. Je komt te werken met Noreen (HR-coördinator), Marlies (HR-adviseur) en Kim (HR-medewerker). Een gezellig en betrokken team waarin we elkaar helpen en samen de schouders eronder zetten. We kijken uit naar jouw ervaring, ideeën én gezelligheid!
