Recruiter Velzen-Noord Als Recruiter ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces en speel je een belangrijke rol bij de proactieve en strategische werving van technisch personeel. Je werkt met moderne middelen zoals AI, nieuwe searchtechnieken en analytics om schaarse technici te vinden en te binden. Wat ga je doen? - Volledig recruitmentproces A-Z: van vacaturetekst tot contractonderhandeling. - Strategisch adviseren: sparringpartner voor de business bij (toekomstige) wervingsvraagstukken. - Wervingsstrategie bepalen: opstellen en uitvoeren van gerichte strategieën voor jouw doelgroepen. - Proactief sourcen: zelf kandidaten vinden en benaderen met innovatieve searchmethoden. - Innovatie en professionalisering: bijdragen aan verdere ontwikkeling van de functie en afdeling. - Employer branding: bijdragen aan naamsbekendheid en positie als aantrekkelijke werkgever. Wie ben jij / Functie-eisen - Opleiding: hbo werk- en denkniveau. - Ervaring: relevante ervaring als recruiter; ervaring met technische vacatures en/of affiniteit met techniek. - Recruitment skills: ervaring met het volledige recruitmentproces en plezier in zelf sourcen. - Sterk stakeholdergevoel: uitstekend gevoel voor verschillende belangen binnen een complexe organisatie. - Persoonlijkheid: ambitieus, doortastend en stressbestendig.
