Aangezien onze organisatie blijft groeien, zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren recruiter om ons wervingsteam te versterken. Op ons kantoor in Emmeloord werk je samen met een team van 4 tot 5 recruiters. Ons wervingsnetwerk reikt verder dan Nederland: je werkt ook nauw samen met collega-recruiters in landen als Polen en Roemenië. Als recruiter in deze functie richt je je specifiek op het werven van geschoolde professionals voor technische functies. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het vinden van gekwalificeerde kandidaten in heel Europa en het koppelen van hen aan de juiste vacatures binnen onze organisatie. Je maakt gebruik van onze bestaande kandidatendatabase, maar daar houdt je zoektocht niet op. Je verkent actief externe vacaturesites, professionele netwerken en andere wervingskanalen, terwijl je je eigen strategie ontwikkelt om technische professionals te bereiken en aan te trekken. - Actief zoeken naar en werven van bekwame technische professionals in heel Europa - Het doorzoeken van onze bestaande kandidatendatabase en het selecteren van geschikte technische kandidaten - Het ontwikkelen van een eigen wervingsstrategie om kandidaten te bereiken via vacaturesites, netwerken en andere relevante wervingskan...
