Dan zoeken wij jou als Interim Recruiter voor de Omgevingsdienst Noordzeekanaalgebied. Dit ga je doen Vanwege tijdelijke uitval binnen ons team zoeken wij op korte termijn een ervaren interim recruiter die zelfstandig het volledige werving- en selectieproces voor vaste posities binnen de directies Toezicht & Handhaving en Bedrijfsvoering oppakt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het gehele traject: van intake met de vacaturehouder tot het voeren van arbeidsvoorwaardengesprekken. Je houdt regie over het proces, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de selectie en zorgt voor een soepele en professionele ervaring voor zowel kandidaten als interne stakeholders. Je bent gewend om meerdere vacatures tegelijkertijd te managen en schakelt gemakkelijk met verschillende teams en disciplines binnen de organisatie. Jouw taken op een rij: - Werving en selectie: Je begeleidt het volledige recruitmentproces voor vaste functies: van intake, vacaturetekst en publicatie tot selectiegesprekken en arbeidsvoorwaardengesprekken. - Regie en procesbewaking: Je houdt overzicht over meerdere vacatures tegelijk, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat het proces soepel en professioneel verloopt. - Samenwerking met vacaturehouders: Je werkt nauw samen met managers en teams binnen de direc...
