Als Recruiter ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen en ontwikkelen van hun meest waardevolle bezit – de medewerkers. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het werven van talent.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheren van wervings- en selectieprocessen
  • CV's analyseren om gekwalificeerde kandidaten te identificeren. Je voert telefonische screenings en persoonlijke interviews uit om de vaardigheden, ervaring en culturele geschiktheid van de kandidaten te beoordelen. Je verifieert referenties en achtergrondinformatie van kandidaten op zorgvuldige wijze.
  • Plannen en coördineren van interviews met kandidaten.
  • Uitvoeren van testen die moeten toelaten de technische expertise, competenties en het toekomstige potentieel te meten en rapporteert hierover aan de HR Manager en de betrokken leidinggevende.
  • Jobsite wordt volledig door jou beheerd. Jij wordt de expert in de werking hiervan.
  • Naast de rekruteringsfocus, ondersteun je de HR manager in de projecten rond talent management, het verhogen van interne mobiliteit en de employer branding.
  • Het schrijven van functiebeschrijvingen en vacatureteksten.

Profiel:

  • Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands, andere talen zijn een pluspunt.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en aandacht voor detail.
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een HR-functie, het liefst van al in rekruteren
