Wat ga je doen?

  • Je schrijft sterke, geloofwaardige vacatureteksten gericht op technische talenten
  • Je gaat proactief op zoek naar technische experten in onze database en jouw netwerk en spreekt hen persoonlijk aan.
  • Je voert inhoudelijke interviews waarin je niet alleen skills, maar ook motivatie, context en ambities scherp krijgt.
  • Je denkt mee met collega's en klanten over haalbare profielen, marktinzichten en rekruteringsstrategieën.
  • Je begeleidt kandidaten doorheen het volledige traject: van eerste contact tot opstart.
  • Contract getekend? Dan volgt het gekende vreugdedansje met je team.

Waar ga je werken? Als vaste rekruteringspartner zijn wij gespecialiseerd in het vinden van talent in techniek, ICT, engineering en office. We zijn actief in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen en ons team telt intussen meer dan 55 enthousiaste medewerkers, die zichzelf vind!ers noemen. Zij werken in Roeselare, Ieper, Tielt, Waregem, Torhout, Brugge en Gent.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of relevante werkervaring in de sector hebt.
  • Je kan anderen enthousiasmeren om helemaal voor hun professionele droom te gaan.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld: doelstellingen halen met jouw team, daar krijg jij energie van.
  • Je communicatieve vaardigheden on-point zijn en je makkelijk de brug slaat tussen kandidaten en bedrijven.
  • Je organisatorische skills top zijn, waardoor je makkelijk overzicht houdt over het rekruteringsproces bij verschillende klanten.
