Wil jij bijdragen aan de zorgsector door de juiste professionals op de juiste plek te krijgen? En krijg je energie van een rol waarin adviseren, schakelen, organiseren én verbinden samenkomen? Dan is dit jouw kans om het verschil te maken bij ASVZ! Jouw rol? Als Recruiter bij ASVZ werk je voor meerdere locaties binnen de regio Waardenland. Je hebt een afwisselende, dynamische functie waarin je het volledige recruitmentproces coördineert en een waardevolle sparringpartner bent voor kandidaten, teamleiders en sectormanagers. Je zorgt voor een soepel en transparant werving- en selectieproces en werkt nauw samen met je collega's van de afdeling Medewerkers & Organisatie. Minimaal één dag per week werk je samen met het Recruitment team in Sliedrecht. Daarnaast ben je veel zichtbaar op andere locaties in de regio (o.a. Leerdam, Gorinchem, Hardinxveld-Giessendam en Alblasserdam). Dáár voer je gesprekken en bouw je aan relaties met de vacaturehouders. Wat ga je doen? Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - beoordelen en verwerken van binnengekomen sollicitaties; - actief searchen & sourcen van geschikte kandidaten; - het voeren van intakegesprekken; - bewaken van het gehele werving- en selectieproces tot en met onboarding; - ophalen van input bij vacaturehouders en schrijven van pakkende vacatureteksten; - samenwerken met selecteurs in de regio; - vertegenwoordigen van ASVZ op banenmarkten, netwerkbijeenkomsten en events; - organiseren van informatiesessies en wervingsacties. Wie ben jij? In deze uitdagende, soms hectische maar vooral ontzettend leuke rol, kun jij goed schakelen, prioriteren én communiceren. Jij staat stevig in je schoenen, bent nieuwsgierig, durft door te vragen en neemt initiatief. Je denkt in mogelijkheden en hebt aandacht voor de mens achter het verhaal of dat nu een kandidaat, ...
