Als Recruiter ben jij de onmisbare schakel tussen bedrijven en talent. Jij brengt niet zomaar mensen samen – jij creëert de perfecte match.

  • Je speurt actief naar talent en weet kandidaten feilloos te matchen met de juiste vacatures
  • Je screent, interviewt en stelt kandidaten met overtuiging voor bij onze klanten
  • Zie je een nieuwe vacature? Dan vertaal jij die meteen naar een aantrekkelijke en wervende jobomschrijving
  • Je begeleidt kandidaten doorheen hun volledige traject: van eerste gesprek tot een succesvolle opstart
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met klanten en zorgt ervoor dat ze telkens opnieuw voor jou kiezen
  • En ja, ook de administratie neem jij nauwkeurig voor je rekening – want een sterke start vraagt om een goede opvolging

  • Je hebt interesse in het rekruteren van arbeidersprofielen.
  • Je ademt een KMO-mentaliteit: hands-on, professioneel, resultaatgericht en stressbestendig
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken commerciële mindset en durft initiatief nemen
  • Afwachten staat niet in jouw woordenboek – jij neemt zelf actie, legt contacten en gaat voor resultaat
  • Je bent KPI-minded en begrijpt dat targets je helpen groeien en scherp houden
  • Feedback zie jij niet als kritiek, maar als een kans om sterker te worden
  • Komt er plots een dringend telefoontje van een klant of een sterke kandidaat? Jij beschikt over de nodige flexibiliteit om hier goed mee om te gaan
