Dat doen we niet vanaf de zijlijn. We stappen organisaties binnen, brengen beweging en nemen verantwoordelijkheid voor het resultaat. In deze functie werk je niet alleen ín onze organisatie, maar bouw je er ook actief aan mee. Je ziet kansen bij klanten, brengt ideeën in en helpt onze dienstverlening verder te ontwikkelen. We zoeken daarom geen recruiter die uitsluitend een opdracht uitvoert, maar iemand die initiatief neemt, eigenaarschap toont en samen met ons wil ondernemen. Zo spelen wij We kijken verder dan het invullen van vacatures. Samen met recruiters, recruitment marketeers en strategisch adviseurs werken we aan het volledige recruitmentvraagstuk van een klant. De ene keer gaat het om een afgebakende opdracht, zoals de implementatie van een ATS-systeem of het invullen van vacatures die extra aandacht nodig hebben. De andere keer werken we langdurig samen. Dan onderzoeken we de EVP, bouwen we aan het employer brand en nemen we als RPO-team het recruitmentproces onder onze hoede. Dat doen we vanuit de naam van de opdrachtgever. We zijn het verlengstuk van de organisatie en spelen in het shirt van de klant. Je werkt samen met andere recruiters, of pakt een opdracht solo op, afhankelijk van de omvang.
