Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en krijgt volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen recruitment. Team en sfeer Wanneer je komt werken bij G-Nius word je onderdeel van een betrokken en energiek team. Een team dat voor elkaar klaarstaat en samen successen viert. Op dit moment bestaat ons team uit vijf Business Managers, twee marketing- en communicatiespecialisten. Als Recruiter werk je nauw samen met je collega's. We werken vanuit ons mooie kantoor midden in de stad 's-Hertogenbosch. Dit is een plek waar we graag samen werken omdat we het belangrijk vinden om snel met elkaar contact te hebben. Maar wanneer je thuis wil werken is dit altijd mogelijk. Als team vinden wij het belangrijk om samen te lachen en leuke dingen te doen. Daarom organiseren we regelmatig leuke uitjes. Meestal alleen voor het team, maar ook wel eens mét partner of zelfs met het hele gezin. Wat ga je doen Ga je werken als Recruiter bij G-Nius? Dan werk je zelfstandig én samen in een hecht, ambitieus team. Je start je dag met een gezamenlijke stand-up, waarna je aan de slag gaat met onder andere: - Actief zoeken, benaderen en enthousiasmeren van professionals voor openstaande functies. Deze professionals zitten al in ons netwerk maar je gaat ook op zoek naar nieuwe contacten. - Voeren van persoonlijke en inhoudelijke gesprekken waarin je verder kijkt dan het cv. - Begeleiden van kandidaten van eerste contact tot en met succesvolle plaatsing. - Samenwerken met business managers om tot de juiste match te komen. - Meedenken over het verbeteren van recruitmentprocessen en Candidate Experience.
