Voor een groeiende en mensgerichte organisatie in de transport- en mobiliteitssector zijn we op zoek naar een HR Officer – Recruitment & Onboarding.

In deze veelzijdige functie focus je op het aantrekken en begeleiden van nieuwe chauffeurs voor bus-, taxi- en aangepast vervoer. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige instroomproces en vormt de belangrijke brug tussen kandidaten, planning, operations en HR.

Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe medewerkers niet alleen instappen, maar zich vanaf dag één welkom en goed ondersteund voelen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als HR Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitment- en onboardingproces van chauffeurs.

Recruitment

  • Je schrijft en publiceert aantrekkelijke vacatures voor chauffeurs.
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar kandidaten via jobboards, sociale media en lokale netwerken.
  • Je voert telefonische en face-to-face screeningsgesprekken.
  • Je peilt naar de motivatie, attitude en rijgeschiktheid van kandidaten.
  • Je organiseert en begeleidt sollicitatiegesprekken.
  • Je stemt de personeelsnoden en gewenste profielen af met planners en leidinggevenden.
  • Je denkt creatief mee over instroomcampagnes en samenwerkingen om meer en betere chauffeurs aan te trekken.

Onboarding

  • Je begeleidt nieuwe chauffeurs tijdens hun opstart.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle administratieve en praktische zaken in orde zijn, zoals contracten, documenten en attesten.
  • Je stemt nauw af met planning en operations, zodat elke chauffeur vlot kan starten.
  • Je zorgt voor een warme onboarding met duidelijke uitleg, begeleiding en opvolging.
  • Je blijft betrokken tijdens de eerste weken en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe medewerkers zich goed voelen binnen de organisatie.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in HR, psychologie, sociaal werk of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in recruitment, HR of talentbegeleiding.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in gesprekken met chauffeurs en andere operationele profielen.
  • Je communiceert helder, menselijk en to the point.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer het druk is.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent hands-on en bent graag aanwezig op de werkvloer.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in mensen en weet verschillende profielen op een natuurlijke manier te connecteren.
