Werken bij Lucardi - Recruiter Als Recruiter bij Lucardi werk je 3 tot 4 dagen per week, grotendeels vanuit ons Support Office in Den Haag en ben je onderdeel van het HR-team. Als Recruiter ben jij dé matchmaker van Lucardi. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aantrekken en selecteren van nieuw talent voor onze winkels, logistiek en het Support Office. Van collega's in onze winkels tot talent voor onze organisatie achter de schermen: jij zorgt ervoor dat de juiste mensen op de juiste plek terechtkomen. In deze rol ben je veel meer dan iemand die vacatures online zet. Jij bent de drijvende kracht achter onze werving en selectie. Je weet waar talent zich bevindt, weet hoe je potentiële collega's enthousiast maakt en zorgt ervoor dat kandidaten zich vanaf het eerste contact welkom en gezien voelen. Een rol met impact! Jij helpt bepalen wie onze teams gaat versterken. Daarmee heb je direct invloed op de sfeer in onze winkels, de klantbeleving en de verdere groei van ons bedrijf.
