  • Werken met jobboards, databanken en sourcingtools
  • Dagelijks telefonisch contact met kandidaten en klanten
  • Relaties opbouwen en meedenken met beide partijen
  • Begeleiden van kandidaten van eerste gesprek tot contract
  • Correcte administratieve opvolging van dossiers
