Voor de functie van Recruiter & Talent Partner te Westrozebeke zijn je dit je taken:

Je rekruteert actief nieuwe medewerkers voor de productie.

Je bespreekt de personeelsnoden met directie en leidinggevenden en vertaalt deze naar een concrete rekruteringsstrategie.

Je beheert het volledige selectie- en aanwervingsproces.

Je blijft na de opstart 9 tot 12 maanden betrokken en volgt nieuwe medewerkers actief op.

Je voert opvolggesprekken met medewerkers en leidinggevenden en stuurt bij waar nodig.

Je bouwt een netwerk uit van externe partners en bewaakt kwaliteit en kostenefficiëntie.

Je werkt samen met marketing rond employer branding, campagnes en nieuwe manieren om kandidaten aan te trekken.

Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer en bouwt een vertrouwensband op met medewerkers en leidinggevenden.

Je hebt ervaring in rekrutering, bij voorkeur binnen een productieomgeving.

Je bent sterk in het inschatten van mensen en situaties.

Je bent communicatief en kan vlot schakelen tussen medewerkers, leidinggevenden en externe partners.

Je bent betrokken en vindt het belangrijk dat nieuwe medewerkers zich goed voelen en duurzaam kunnen groeien.

Je werkt graag operationeel, maar kan ook het grotere geheel bekijken.

Je neemt initiatief en krijgt energie van zaken in beweging brengen.

Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
