Je nieuwe baan Het is maandagochtend en je begint de dag met een warm welkom op kantoor. Terwijl je een verse kop koffie pakt, hoor je al wat gegrinnik vanuit de hoek waar de eigenaren, de toon van de dag zetten met een grap (de kwaliteit daarvan laten we in het midden). Je gaat achter je bureau zitten en neemt een moment om op te starten. De dag begint met een gezamenlijk overleg, waarna je grotendeels zelf bepaalt hoe jouw week eruitziet. Als recruiter ben jij continu bezig met het vinden, spreken en begeleiden van zorgprofessionals. Jij weet precies hoe je talent enthousiast maakt voor dit kantoor en begeleidt kandidaten gedurende het volledige sollicitatie- en plaatsingsproces. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en juist dat maakt het zo leuk! - Een dienstverband van 40 uur per week; - Marktconform salaris afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring; - 25 vakantiedagen bij fulltime dienstverband; Als recruiter werk je vanuit Breda binnen een detacheringsorganisatie in de zorg. Je houdt je bezig met het vinden, spreken en begeleiden van zorgprofessionals en ondersteunt het volledige sollicitatie- en plaatsingsproces. - Actief zoeken en benaderen van kandidaten via LinkedIn, jobboards en onze database - Screenen en beoordelen van sollicitaties - Voeren van intakegesprekken (telefonisch, online en op kantoor) - Begeleiden van kandidaten gedurende het gehele sollicitatie- en plaatsingsproces - Onderhouden en uitbreiden van relaties met zorgprofessionals en opdrachtgevers - Controleren van referenties, diploma’s en screenings - Afstemmen met collega’s over lopende procedures en plaatsingen - Presenteren van kandidaten aan opdrachtgevers - Signaleren van commerciële kansen en meedenken over recruitmentverbeteringen Over het bedrijf Dit bureau is een ambitieuze detacheringsorganisatie binnen de zorg. Dagelijks verbinden zij zorgprofessionals aan ziekenhuizen en zorginstellingen door heel Nederland. Ze zijn actief binnen, onder andere, de OK, SEH, IC en verpleegafdelingen en werken samen.
