Tijdens je zoektocht naar nieuw personeel voer je open kennismakingsgesprekken. Je luistert aandachtig naar de wensen van kandidaten en ontdekt waar hun ware talent ligt. Vervolgens pitch je deze enthousiaste werkzoekenden direct bij onze aangesloten opdrachtgevers per mail. Daarnaast adviseer je jouw vaste poule met klanten over uiteenlopende personeelsvraagstukken. Je denkt actief mee over hun groei. Je coacht kandidaten vanaf de eerste sollicitatie tot hun eerste werkdag en zorgt samen met het team voor een vlekkeloze en kloppende administratie. Jij bent de ultieme verbinder die altijd positieve energie meebrengt. Je legt ontzettend makkelijk contact en communiceert soepel in het Nederlands en Engels. Klanten en collega's werken heel graag met je samen, simpelweg omdat je altijd met een glimlach de juiste oplossing vindt. Je denkt in mogelijkheden in plaats van problemen. Je hebt oprecht interesse in de mensen tegenover je en bouwt moeiteloos een vertrouwensband op. Zelfs als het druk is, blijf je behulpzaam en bewaar je de rust in de tent. Je belandt in een sociaal bedrijf waar collega's echt altijd voor elkaar klaarstaan. We houden enorm van gezelligheid en werken in een informele, open setting zonder strakke hiërarchie.
