Recruiter bij EU-Roots - Waalwijk en Tilburg Recruiter bij EU-Roots Waalwijk en Tilburg Organisatie Je gaat werken voor een regionale speler in de uitzendmarkt vanuit ons kantoor in Waalwijk of in Tilburg. We bestaan al 8 jaar maar groeien uit ons jasje. We hebben een torenhoge ambitie en willen jou daar graag bij betrekken. We willen ieder jaar ten minste 25% van onze werknemers aan een vast contract bij onze opdrachtgever helpen. Functie Als Recruiter ben jij de motor van onze organisatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat kandidaten niet alleen enthousiast worden, maar ook daadwerkelijk aan de slag gaan. Jouw focus ligt op werving en selectie - commercieel en doelgericht. - Onderhouden van een actieve kandidaten-pool en daarin een duidelijke schifting maken; - Actief benaderen en overtuigen van kandidaten via WhatsApp, social media, telefoon en face-to-face; - Kwalificeer of wijs kandidaten af op basis van feedback tijdens sollicitatiegesprekken en cv-beoordelingen; - Voeren van energieke intakegesprekken en kandidaten enthousiasmeren voor onze vacatures; - Meeschrijven aan pakkende vacatureteksten die direct scoren; - Creatief inzetten van nieuwe wervingskanalen en campagnes; - Fungeer als contactpersoon voor vragen van kandidaten; - Behaal wekelijkse quota met betrekking tot plaatsingen. Contact met klanten is minimaal - jouw focus ligt volledig op kandidaten winnen en behouden. Functie-eisen - Ervaring in recruitment, behalen van quota of sales is een pré, maar je persoonlijkheid is doorslaggevend! - Je spreekt goed Nederlands (>B1-level) en Engels (Pools of een andere taal is een plus); - Jij bent extravert, energiek en commercieel ingesteld; - Je weet mensen snel te overtuigen en mee te krijgen. - Je bent resultaatgericht en krijgt energie van het halen van je targets; - Ervaring met Microsoft Office.
