Voor de vervanging van het zwangerschapsverlof van onze collega Angela zoeken wij een Recruiter voor ons team Werving & Selectie. Van 09 november 2026 tot en met 30 juli 2027 ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de werving en selectie van BBL-kandidaten binnen Archipel. Daarmee speel je een belangrijke rol in de instroom van nieuwe zorgprofessionals. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor kandidaten die hun toekomst in de zorg willen vormgeven en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste mensen op de juiste plek terechtkomen. Je voert gesprekken, beoordeelt talent en maakt de match tussen kandidaat, opleiding en Archipel. Daarnaast ondersteun je, waar mogelijk, bij de recruitment van zorg- en welzijnsfuncties. Daarom past deze rol bij jou: Jij bent nieuwsgierig naar mensen en weet snel tot de kern te komen. Je vindt het leuk om gesprekken te voeren, kandidaten te leren kennen en te ontdekken waar hun kwaliteiten liggen. Als Recruiter ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de BBL-instroom binnen Archipel. Je voert selectiegesprekken, beoordeelt kandidaten en begeleidt het werving- en selectieproces van begin tot eind. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de consulent beroepsopleidingen om tot de juiste match te komen tussen kandidaat, opleiding en Archipel. Is de keuze gemaakt? Dan zorg jij ervoor dat alles zorgvuldig wordt verwerkt en overgedragen, zodat kandidaten goed van start kunnen gaan binnen onze organisatie.
