Als Recruitment Consultant ben jij vaak het eerste gezicht dat kandidaten, klanten en bezoekers te zien krijgen. Met jouw warme persoonlijkheid, organisatietalent en mensenkennis zorg je ervoor dat iedereen zich welkom voelt én professioneel wordt geholpen.

Je combineert onthaal, recruitment en administratie in een gevarieerde functie waarin geen enkele dag hetzelfde is.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Het visitekaartje van ons kantoor: Je verwelkomt kandidaten, klanten en bezoekers met een glimlach en zorgt voor een professionele en gastvrije ontvangst.
  • Talent ontdekken: Via vacaturesites, sociale media, jobbeurzen en andere kanalen ga je actief op zoek naar geschikte kandidaten en bouw je een sterke talentenpool uit.
  • Mensen echt leren kennen: Tijdens persoonlijke gesprekken ontdek je de talenten, ervaring en ambities van kandidaten. Zo kan je gericht op zoek gaan naar de perfecte match.
  • De juiste match maken: Je stelt kandidaten voor aan klanten en volgt sollicitatieprocessen nauwgezet op. Dankzij jouw communicatie en betrokkenheid verloopt alles vlot en professioneel.
  • Administratieve opvolging: Van contractopmaak tot inschrijvingen en loonsverwerking: je zorgt ervoor dat alle administratie correct en tijdig wordt afgewerkt.
  • Adviseur en vertrouwenspersoon: Voor zowel kandidaten als klanten ben je een aanspreekpunt waarop ze kunnen rekenen. Je denkt mee, geeft advies en begeleidt hen doorheen het volledige traject.

👉 Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat mensen zich welkom voelen, begeleidt kandidaten naar een nieuwe uitdaging en draagt bij aan duurzame matches tussen talent en bedrijven.

Mensen voelen zich snel op hun gemak bij jou. Je ontvangt iedereen met een glimlach, luistert oprecht naar hun verhaal en haalt energie uit het helpen van anderen.

Tegelijk hou je ervan om zaken goed te organiseren. Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende taken. Of het nu gaat om een kandidaat ontvangen, een vacature invullen of een contract opmaken: jij zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt.

Wat jou typeert:

  • Een bacheloropleiding of bachelor denkniveau
  • Een warme, professionele uitstraling en een klantgerichte aanpak.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een natuurlijke interesse in mensen.
  • Een proactieve ingesteldheid: kansen zien en initiatief nemen zit in jouw DNA.
  • Organisatietalent en oog voor detail, waardoor je administratie correct en gestructureerd verloopt.
  • Een gezonde dosis flexibiliteit en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Teamspirit, gecombineerd met de zelfstandigheid om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Ervaring binnen HR, administratie, customer service of recruitment is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral jouw enthousiasme, leergierigheid en motivatie maken het verschil.
