Je bent actief op zowel commercieel als recruitmentvlak: van het benaderen van klanten en professionals tot het begeleiden van gesprekken en het succesvol afronden van plaatsingen. Wat ga je doen? Binnen jouw specialisme ontwikkel je je tot een inhoudelijk sterke gesprekspartner voor zowel klanten als professionals. Je combineert relatiebeheer, business development en recruitment en bent betrokken bij iedere stap van het proces. - Je onderhoudt bestaande klantrelaties en weet tegelijkertijd nieuwe zakelijke contacten aan je netwerk toe te voegen; - Intakegesprekken geven je inzicht in de wensen en ambities van professionals, waarna je hen gedurende het volledige proces begeleidt; - Door professionals en opdrachtgevers met elkaar te verbinden, realiseer je passende matches en begeleid je de onderhandelingen en plaatsingen; - Specialistische marktkennis bouw je steeds verder uit, zodat je klanten en professionals kunt adviseren en als volwaardig sparringpartner optreedt. Wat breng je mee? - Ervaring in de arbeidsbemiddeling of een commerciële functie, waarbij minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring gewenst is; - Een strategische en commerciële manier van denken op hbo-niveau; - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en een rijbewijs B; - Beschikbaarheid voor een fulltime dienstverband, waarbij 32 of 36 uur eveneens bespreekbaar is.
