Dit ga je doen als Recruiter Als Recruiter ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces: van het scherp krijgen van de behoefte tot en met het tekenen van het contract. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor leidinggevenden en tegelijkertijd het eerste aanspreekpunt voor kandidaten. Je zorgt ervoor dat beide partijen elkaar weten te vinden én dat de kandidaat vanaf het eerste contact een goede ervaring heeft. Je werkt voor verschillende onderdelen van de organisatie. Daardoor schakel je de ene dag met een leidinggevende uit de productie en de volgende dag met een manager binnen engineering of een stafafdeling.
