Je werkt midden in de operatie, schakelt dagelijks met verschillende stakeholders en zorgt ervoor dat vacatures niet alleen worden ingevuld, maar dat de juiste mensen binnenkomen. Een rol voor iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, snel kan schakelen en energie krijgt van het realiseren van resultaat. Wat ga je doen? Dit is geen rol waarin je op afstand adviseert; je zit dicht op de operatie. Je weet wat er speelt binnen de business, houdt contact met de verschillende stakeholders en zorgt ervoor dat verwachtingen helder zijn. Want we weten allemaal: voor de business mag een vacature het liefst morgen ingevuld zijn. Aan jou de uitdaging om snelheid te combineren met kwaliteit en realistische afspraken te maken. Binnen BMN werken we met het recruitmentsysteem Jobylon. Je zorgt dat vacatures goed worden bijgehouden, processen netjes verlopen en kandidaten een goede ervaring hebben. Omdat de volumes hoog zijn, is het belangrijk dat je snel kunt schakelen, prioriteiten kunt stellen en altijd het overzicht behoudt. Voor functies zoals magazijnmedewerkers en verkoopmedewerkers in de bouwshop werken we nauw samen met onze vaste uitzendpartners. Jij onderhoudt het contact met deze bureaus, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat de samenwerking effectief en efficiënt verloopt. Je komt terecht in een betrokken recruitmentteam van vier collega's. Samen zorgen jullie voor de juiste instroom binnen BMN en ondersteunen jullie de organisatie dagelijks bij personeelsvraagstukken. Je bezoekt je regelmatig vestigingen van jouw regio om feeling te houden. Uiteraard is er ook ruimte om deels vanuit huis te werken.
