Na het bezoeken van de opdrachtgever weet jij alles over de organisatie én over de vacature. Tijd om aan de slag te gaan! Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit; - Het opstellen van de vacature tekst; - Kandidaten zoeken door middel van verschillende kanalen; - Met overtuiging jouw kandidaat voordragen bij de opdrachtgever; - De kandidaat wordt uitgenodigd! Jij zorgt ervoor dat het gesprek ingepland wordt; - Evaluatiegesprekken afnemen op locatie; - Arbeidsvoorwaarde gesprekken/ onderhandelingen; - Het benaderen van potentiële opdrachtgevers; - Administratieve werkzaamheden zoals het opmaken van het contract en urenregistratie.
