Als proces recruiter ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer en werk je nauw samen met de teamleiders. - Coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen het logistieke proces - Aansturen en ondersteunen van teamleiders en medewerkers - Controleren van de voortgang en kwaliteit van het werk - Snel schakelen bij vragen, knelpunten of veranderingen Bij PostNL in Zwolle staat tijdens KNJ alles in het teken van een goede voorbereiding en samenwerking. De volumes liggen hoger dan normaal en daardoor is het belangrijk dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Jij houdt het overzicht, zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie en helpt mee om het proces iedere dag soepel te laten verlopen. Waarom jij? Je bent niet bang om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en stapt makkelijk op mensen af. Je houdt van een omgeving waarin veel gebeurt en weet ook tijdens drukke momenten het overzicht te bewaren. Werktijden Je werkt voornamelijk in dagdiensten van ongeveer 06:00 tot 15:00 uur . We vragen een minimale beschikbaarheid van drie diensten per week . De exacte werktijden kunnen per dag iets verschillen, afhankelijk van de planning en de werkzaamheden op locatie.
