Het bureau is een gespecialiseerde niche speler in de technische sector, werkend in de Benelux, binnen de disciplines engineering, projectmanagement, operations en procurement. Het bureau wordt gekenmerkt door een professionele, adviesgerichte aanpak, gedegen kennis van haar niche en een interessante klantenportefeuille. Met de je eigen gemaakte kennis van de sectoren en disciplines, adviseer je klanten over de staffing van hun team; je hebt plezier in sales en netwerken en legt soepel nieuwe contacten. Dit is een zelfstandige functie, waarbij jij er met alle moderne systems & tools en middels geoliede werving en selectie procedures ervoor zorg draagt dat de juiste professional wordt geworven en je deze weet te plaatsen en zo jouw eigen klantenkring opbouwt. Je krijgt een gedegen interne opleiding, maar ook veel ruimte en vrijheid; jij bent creatief, mobiliseert je netwerk, weet hoe de markt in elkaar steekt en hoe je de juiste kandidaten kunt verleiden te reageren op jouw vacatures. Je bent behendig in het communicatie spel met jouw klanten.
