Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een echte allrounder en krijg je energie van afwisseling? In deze functie combineer je rekrutering, personeelsplanning, administratie en klantenwerking voor 3 toonaangevende klanten.

Je werkt in 1e instantie mee aan de rekrutering van postbodes, sorteerders en vrachtwagenchauffeurs voor Bpost in de regio Brussel. Daarnaast sta je in voor personeelsplanning en zorg je ervoor dat de juiste medewerkers op het juiste moment worden ingepland.

Voor het 2e luik, onze klanten binnen de publieke sector, neem je payrolltaken op, zoals contractbeheer, inschrijvingen en de administratieve opstart van nieuwe medewerkers. Een goede kennis van het Nederlands is hierbij belangrijk.

Ook voor de 3e klant Active Ants speel je een belangrijke rol in de rekrutering en planning van magazijniers in Willebroek.

Dankzij het afwisselende karakter en het doorschuifsysteem krijg je de kans om verschillende HR-domeinen te ontdekken en je te ontwikkelen tot een veelzijdige HR-professional.

  • Je hebt een flexibele mindset en kan vlot schakelen tussen klanten
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en hebt genoeg maturiteit om je snel in te werken.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Frans daar jouw gesprekken met team Franstalig zijn.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in rekrutering of planning – of je bent zeer leergierig en matuur.
  • Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin en kan goed met deadlines en prioriteiten omgaan.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs
