Als Contact Center Officer zorg je voor een vlotte opvolging van planningen en kandidatenpools voor een aantal van onze klanten.

Door kandidaten te screenen en de planning nauwgezet op te volgen zorg jij ervoor dat de klant steeds kan rekenen op de juiste medewerkers.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Je werft actief uitzendkrachten via verschillende kanalen en bouwt een sterke kandidatenpool op
  • Je voert telefonische screenings met kandidaten en informeert hen over de job en het bedrijf
  • Je plant gesprekken in bij onze kantoren of via Teams
  • Je volgt dagelijks de planning van onze klanten op en zorgt dat alles vlot verloopt
  • Je communiceert dagelijks met collega’s in onze Synergie-kantoren over planningen, kandidaten en beschikbaarheden
  • Je maakt duidelijke afspraken met uitzendkrachten over hun opstart
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van dossiers en contracten
  • Je houdt onze kandidaten- en uitzendkrachtdatabase up-to-date
  • Je ondersteunt collega’s en denkt mee over verbeteringen binnen het contact center
