Weet jij niet alleen de juiste mensen aan te trekken, maar ook een sterke eerste indruk neer te zetten voor nieuwe medewerkers? Dan is deze rol als Recruiter bij Bun voor jou weggelegd. Als Recruiter ben je actief binnen de volledige breedte van onze organisatie: van onze Albert Heijn-supermarkten tot onze vastgoed- en projectontwikkelingsafdeling en de diverse kantoorfuncties binnen onze organisatie. Je werft talent voor operationele, specialistische en leidinggevende functies en werkt daarbij nauw samen met collega's uit deze verschillende onderdelen. Dankzij deze combinatie krijg je een unieke inkijk in de organisatie en lever je direct een bijdrage aan onze groei en ambities. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces: van het schrijven van aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten en het actief sourcen van kandidaten tot het voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken en het begeleiden van kandidaten gedurende het gehele wervingsproces. Je bouwt talentpools op, onderhoudt contact met hiring managers en zorgt voor een optimale kandidaat ervaring. Maar jouw rol gaat verder dan alleen recruitment. Je speelt ook een belangrijke rol in de onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers, zodat zij zich vanaf dag één welkom voelen binnen onze organisatie. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over arbeidsmarktcommunicatie, employer branding en het versterken van onze positie als aantrekkelijke werkgever. Je helpt mee om het verhaal van Bun zichtbaar te maken en draagt bij aan initiatieven die talent aantrekken, verbinden en behouden. Met jouw ervaring, enthousiasme en mensenkennis lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de groei van onze organisatie en help je mee om de beste talenten aan Bun te verbinden. ...
