Als recruiter bij Flash Connectivity Group ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vinden en aantrekken van nieuwe collega's. Je werkt nauw samen met hiring managers en zorgt ervoor dat vacatures snel en goed worden ingevuld. Het liefst doe je dat zelf, via je eigen netwerk, sourcing en slimme wervingsstrategieën. Lukt het niet direct? Dan schakel je externe bureaus in en stuur je deze effectief aan. Je weet waar talent zich bevindt en hoe je kandidaten enthousiast maakt voor Flash. Van het schrijven van pakkende vacatures tot het actief benaderen van kandidaten via LinkedIn, jij regelt het. Wat ga je doen? - Verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces van A tot Z - Vacatures uitzetten, promoten en actief kandidaten sourcen - Kandidaten benaderen via o.a. LinkedIn Recruiter - Intakegesprekken voeren met hiring managers - Sollicitatiegesprekken plannen en begeleiden - Contact onderhouden met externe recruitmentbureaus wanneer nodig - Het verbeteren van onze recruitmentaanpak en candidate experience Wat zoeken wij? - MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau in marketing of communicatie; - Functie voor 24-28 uur; - Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring; - Ervaring met LinkedIn recruiter en ATS systemen; - Ervaring met het aansturen van externe recruitment bureaus; Over Flash Bij Flash Connectivity Group draait alles om mensen.
