Je gaat er zelf op af en overtuigt door te luisteren en een oprechte connectie te maken, zo weet je de juiste mensen aan Saxum te binden. Wat je bij Saxum gaat doen Onze designers, developers en marketeers zijn in dienst bij Saxum en werken interim bij onze opdrachtgevers. Samen met Geron (Talent Lead) en onze inhouse recruiter help jij mee om nieuw talent te vinden. Je hebt vooral een rol aan de voorkant: het vullen van de pipeline. - Je zoekt actief naar designers, developers en marketeers en benadert ze persoonlijk; - Je pakt de eerste screening op en voert kennismakingsgesprekken; - Je bent betrokken bij het hele proces en bouwt aan je netwerk. Wat je bij ons leert Je hoeft nog geen ervaring te hebben binnen het recruitmentvak, want je leert het hier. Daarin krijg je goede begeleiding en voer je later je werk zelfstandig. Ondertussen leer je: - wat wij zoeken in een nieuwe collega en waar onze mensen binnen hun opdrachten mee bezig zijn; - gesprekstechnieken die je vervolgens toepast in sollicitaties met kandidaten; - hoe je talent vindt en benadert via LinkedIn en andere kanalen. En daarna? Na je studie kun je bij ons blijven en je verder ontwikkelen als recruiter, ook boven de salarisrange die hieronder staat. Ligt je interesse bijvoorbeeld bij employer branding, dan is daar alle ruimte voor. Zo is het om bij Saxum te werken Saxum is groot genoeg voor mooie projecten en klein genoeg om iedereen te kennen.
