In deze functie zorg jij ervoor dat het wervingsproces soepel verloopt, de juiste kandidaten worden gevonden en kandidaten op een persoonlijke en professionele manier worden begeleid. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige wervingsproces: van het schrijven en onder de aandacht brengen van aantrekkelijke vacatures tot het actief zoeken en persoonlijk benaderen van geschikte kandidaten. Je beoordeelt cv's, voert kennismakingsgesprekken en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste kandidaten goed voorbereid worden voorgesteld aan HR en de manager.
