  • Actief zoeken naar IT-professionals via LinkedIn Recruiter, onze database en andere kanalen
  • Kandidaten proactief benaderen
  • Intakegesprekken voeren en technische profielen leren begrijpen
  • Kandidaten screenen op ervaring, competenties, motivatie en verwachtingen
  • Kandidaten voorstellen bij klanten
  • Kandidaten begeleiden tijdens het volledige sollicitatieproces
  • Contact onderhouden met kandidaten en een sterk netwerk uitbouwen
  • Nauw samenwerken met onze accountmanagers over nieuwe aanvragen
  • Meedenken over creatieve manieren om moeilijk vindbare IT-profielen te bereiken
  • Mee bouwen aan onze employer branding en recruitmentcommunicatie

Je werkt onder andere voor profielen binnen: Software Development, Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data, Business & Functional Analysis en IT Project Management.
