Jouw dag als Recruiter

  • Je coördineert en beheert het selectieproces van A tot Z.
  • Je verdiept je in de noden van directie en leidinggevenden en vertaalt die naar een doordachte, duurzame rekruteringsstrategie.
  • Je bouwt sterke relaties uit met externe partners, en je zorgt ervoor dat dit steeds kostenefficiënt verloopt.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met marketing om ons DNA, waarden en cultuur krachtig naar de arbeidsmarkt te brengen.
  • Je denkt proactief mee over creatieve campagnes, acties en nieuwe wervingskanalen die onze werkgeverspositie versterken.
  • Je weet kandidaten – zelfs in een uitdagende arbeidsmarkt – te overtuigen
  • Je analyseert cijfers en KPI’s en stuurt bij waar nodig om de resultaten te maximaliseren.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een ruime ervaring in rekrutering, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving.
  • Sterke people skills: je voelt mensen en situaties feilloos aan.
  • Je communiceert vlot en helder, en vormt zo de brug tussen directie, management en de externe arbeidsmarkt.
  • Je krijgt energie van samenwerken en kan perfect dingen in beweging zetten.
  • Je combineert graag operationeel werken met af en toe een helikopterzicht om processen te verbeteren.
  • Je spreekt naast het Nederlands ook Engels en Frans.
