Functieomschrijving

Krijg jij energie van het vinden van de perfecte match tussen kandidaat en organisatie? Voor de grootste tuin- en decoratiewinkel van België zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven en enthousiaste Recruiter (NL/FR). In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige rekruteringsproces van A tot Z voor onze drie vestigingen in Moeskroen, De Panne en Eeklo.

Je takenpakket is erg divers en omvat onder andere:

  • Instroom & Selectie: Je zoekt actief naar geschikte kandidaten via diverse jobplatformen en sociale media. Je werkt functieprofielen en aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten uit, publiceert deze en voert de eerste kennismakingsgesprekken met de kandidaten.
  • Planning & Administratie: Je stelt interview- en opstartplanningen op en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze administratieve opvolging van de aanwervingen, waaronder de opmaak van onboardingdocumenten.
  • Onboarding & Begeleiding: Je zorgt voor een warm onthaal van nieuwe medewerkers en begeleidt hen tijdens hun opstart. Daarnaast volg je de interne evaluaties van uitzendkrachten op.
  • Partnering & Advies: Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met onze interimpartners en je adviseert de verschillende interne afdelingen rond hun personeels- en rekruteringsbehoeften. Je rapporteert hierbij aan de HR Manager.
  • Aanwezigheid: Om de voeling met de werkvloer te behouden, ben je wekelijks aanwezig op onze drie verschillende locaties (elk één dag per week).

PROFIEL

Vereisten

Om deze rol succesvol in te vullen, zoeken wij iemand met het volgende profiel:

  • Kennis & Ervaring: Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma en hebt aantoonbare ervaring in de rekrutering en selectie van uiteenlopende profielen.
  • Talenkennis: Je bent perfect tweetalig (Nederlands en Frans).
  • Organisatorisch & Analytisch: Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk oog voor detail. Je bezit sterke planningsvaardigheden en gaat oplossingsgericht te werk.
  • Communicatief & Sociaal: Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders, bent klant- en servicegericht en functioneert zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband uitstekend.
  • Mindset: Je bent dynamisch, proactief en stressbestendig. Je hebt geen typische 9-to-5 mentaliteit en past je vlot aan binnen een veranderende omgeving. Tot slot ben je creatief en inventief in het vinden van nieuw talent.
