Voor onze HR-afdeling zoeken wij tijdelijk een Adviseur Werving & Selectie ter vervanging van zwangerschapsverlof, van 24 tot 32 uur voor de periode van 1 november 2026 tot en met 28 mei 2027. Mocht jij (iets) minder uren beschikbaar zijn dan horen we dit ook graag. Wat ga je doen? Jouw aandachtsgebied als recruiter is MET Begeleiding, ofwel MET de Wijk. Hiervoor werf jij het begeleidende ggz personeel. MET de wijk is het onderdeel van MET ggz dat zich richt op het begeleiden van mensen met psychische klachten. Zij ondersteunen bij het bereiken van de persoonlijke doelen van onze cliënten. Dat kunnen doelen zijn op het gebied van mentale gezondheid, wonen, persoonlijke verzorging, werken, studeren, vrijetijdsbesteding, zingeving en sociale relaties. MET de Wijk biedt begeleiding bij mensen thuis (Thuis MET begeleiding) of in een van onze woonvormen (Wonen MET begeleiding). Je ondersteunt de managers en directeur bij de in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers. Tijdens deze periode zorg jij ervoor dat de werving en selectie binnen jouw aandachtsgebied goed blijft doorlopen. Je bent voor managers een belangrijke gesprekspartner op het gebied van werving en selectie. Je bespreekt vacatures, denkt mee over de meest passende wervingsaanpak en begeleidt het proces van vacature tot benoeming. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het adviseren van managers over vacatures en werving; - Het opstellen en uitzetten van vacatures; - Het actief zoeken en benaderen van kandidaten; - Het voeren van telefonische intakes; - Het begeleiden van kandidaten gedurende het sollicitatieproces; - Het adviseren bij de selectie van kandidaten; - Het bewaken van de voortgang van vacatures; - Hat voere...
