Van de Beeten® is per direct op zoek naar een Recruiter voor 24 tot 32 uur in de week Weet jij de juiste mensen te vinden én enthousiast te maken voor een nieuwe baan? Vind je het leuk om zelf de werving op te pakken en kandidaten van het eerste contact tot en met het eerste sollicitatiegesprek te begeleiden? Dan zoeken wij jou. Als Recruiter bij Van de Beeten zorg jij ervoor dat we de juiste mensen aan ons weten te binden. Van machinisten en chauffeurs tot technische specialisten en nieuwe collega's op kantoor. Je krijgt te maken met verschillende functies en doelgroepen en weet dat iedere vacature om een andere aanpak vraagt. Jouw rol Als Recruiter ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de werving van nieuwe collega's binnen Van de Beeten. Je werkt vanuit onze hoofdvestiging in Veghel en bent regelmatig in contact met collega's en leidinggevenden van de andere vestigingen. Je bespreekt welke collega we zoeken, stelt samen met HR een passende vacaturetekst op en bepaalt hoe je de juiste kandidaten gaat bereiken. Vervolgens pak jij de werving actief op. Je zoekt zelf naar geschikte kandidaten, benadert hen en zorgt ervoor dat onze vacatures op de juiste plekken zichtbaar zijn. Reageert er een kandidaat? Dan ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt. Je beoordeelt sollicitaties, neemt contact op en voert de eerste sollicitatiegesprekken. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen een cv. Jij wilt weten wie iemand is, wat iemand kan en of diegene past bij Van de Beeten. Waar ga je werken? Als je bij ons komt werken, krijg je meer dan 250 enthousiaste collega's die samen werken aan de verdere groei van het bedrijf. Intern heerst een informele sfeer en er wordt onderling direct gecommuniceerd. Je werkt met mensen die oplossingsgericht te werk gaan zonder de kwaliteit van het eindproduct uit het oog te verliezen.
