Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het werven en selecteren van geschikte kandidaten, het voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken en het opstellen van vacatureteksten. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Als recruiter bij YoungCapital ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en plaatsen van vacatures, het screenen en selecteren van sollicitanten en het voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken. Daarnaast onderhoud je contacten met externe wervingskanalen en draag je bij aan het ontwikkelen en implementeren van het wervingsbeleid. Kortom, een veelzijdige en uitdagende rol waarin je een belangrijke bijdrage levert aan het succes van YoungCapital.
