Als jij recruiter wordt bij YoungCapital op onze vestiging in Arnhem, dan ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het werven van toptalenten voor onze grootste opdrachtgevers. Jij helpt deze bedrijven van begin tot eind bij de zoektocht naar nieuwe krachten. Het is belangrijk dat je communicatief zeer vaardig bent en dat je altijd de juiste vragen weet te stellen, zodat je in staat bent om de eisen van de opdrachtgever te herkennen in kandidaten die bij jou komen solliciteren. Jij bent namelijk altijd op zoek naar de beste match! Hiernaast ben je een kei in het beantwoorden van de vragen van je kandidaten en onderhoud jij het intensieve contact met de kandidaten. Samen met de opdrachtgever stel je een functieprofiel op en ga je aan de slag met een vacature die op onze website komt. Nu is het wachten tot de juiste kandidaten reageren, maar je zit natuurlijk niet stil, dat past ook helemaal niet bij jouw actieve houding. Jij steekt je handen uit de mouwen en gaat zelf op zoek naar de kandidaten. Je voert de selectiegesprekken om te kijken of er een match is en jouw uiteindelijke doel is om ervoor te zorgen dat zowel de klant als de kandidaat heel blij is met jou en met YoungCapital! Als recruiter heb jij natuurlijk veel kandidaten werken bij jouw opdrachtgevers. Aan jou dan ook de taak om het contact met hen goed te onderhouden en als er problemen zijn deze zo snel en goed mogelijk op te lossen. Natuurlijk ga je ook geregeld langs bij de opdrachtgever om te checken of alles op de werkvloer goed gaat en om de vragen van jouw kandidaten te beantwoorden.
