Als Recruiter speel je een essentiële rol in het samenbrengen van werkzoekenden en werkgevers. Je verdiept je in hun behoeften en ambities, en zorgt ervoor dat talent en bedrijven elkaar vinden.

• Altijd zichtbaar: Je neemt het initiatief om actief te zoeken naar kandidaten op diverse vacaturesites en andere rekruteringstools zoals sociale media en fysieke events.

• Actief luisteren: Jouw interesse in de kandidaat maakt dat je de persoon achter het cv echt leert kennen. Voor welke job springt jouw kandidaat uit bed?

• Kandidaten voorstellen: Je stelt kandidaten voor bij onze klanten/prospecten. Door jouw correcte opvolging en snelle communicatie zorg je ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt.

• HR adviseur: Gedurende het hele proces ben jij de sparringpartner van jouw klanten en kandidaten en bied je hen deskundig HR-advies.

• Je bent een goalgetter: daadkrachtig werken en snel schakelen is jouw go-to.

• Met een open en enthousiaste manier van communiceren bouw je aan een vertrouwensrelatie met klanten en kandidaten.

• Met een sterke commerciële flair ga je voor het beste resultaat, afgestemd op de klant en kandidaat
