Aan de hand van een functieprofiel stel jij een pakkende vacaturetekst op, die je op onze website plaatst. Daarna ga je natuurlijk niet zomaar wachten tot de juiste kandidaat zich meldt: je gaat actief op zoek! Heb je kandidaten gevonden? Dan voer je telefonische selectiegesprekken om te kijken of ze een match zijn. Vervolgens nodig je hen uit voor een selectiedag op kantoor. Samen met HelloFresh selecteren jullie de beste chauffeurs die er zijn. Daarnaast ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het "poolmanagement". Je onderhoudt goed contact met jouw "pool" van kandidaten, zorgt dat de uitstroom minimaal is en beheert de dagelijkse planning van deze pool. Dit alles doe je samen met jouw collega's op de bruizende vestiging in Rotterdam. Work hard play hard is een motto die bij jouw collega's en bij jou past! Als onderdeel van het inwerktraject is het belangrijk dat je t/m juli beschikbaar bent om ook in de weekenden te werken. Jouw werkweek zal namelijk van donderdag t/m maandag zijn. Vanaf juli wordt dit maandag t/m vrijdag.
