Ihre Mission bei uns

Recruiting:

* Sie steuern den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess für technische und kaufmännische Positionen in ganz Österreich - von der Kfz-Technik bis zur Verkaufsassistenz

* Sie führen Briefinggespräche mit Führungskräften und Fachabteilungen und entwickeln daraus treffsichere Stellenanzeigen

* Sie identifizieren passende Talente, übernehmen die Vorselektion und führen strukturierte Interviews

* Sie gestalten den gesamten Auswahlprozess - von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme über die Angebotserstellung bis zur Vorbereitung der Neueintritte

* Als Sparringpartner:in beraten und unterstützen Sie Führungskräfte sowie Fachabteilungen bei allen Recruiting-Fragen

Employer Branding & Projekte:

* Sie bringen sich aktiv in Employer-Branding-Themen ein und unterstützen dabei, unsere Arbeitgebermarke weiterzuentwickeln und sichtbar zu machen

* Sie unterstützen die Umsetzung von Social-Media-Aktivitäten und betreuen unseren Auftritt auf diversen Karriereportalen

* Sie arbeiten in Recruiting-Projekten mit und setzen gemeinsam mit dem Team neue Ideen um

Ihr Profil als Zukunftsgestalter:in

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. Bachelor-Studium

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Recruiting

* Eine effiziente und strukturierte Arbeitsweise und sehr gute Selbstorganisation

* Die Fähigkeit, bei einer Vielzahl an parallel laufenden Prozessen, den Überblick zu behalten

* Hohe Performance- und KPI Orientierung

* Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit und ein gewinnendes Auftreten

* Hoher Teamspirit

* gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Erfahrung im Bereich Employer Branding bzw. Social Media vorteilhaft
