Für den weiteren Ausbau unseres Recruiting-Teams suchen wir eine_n Recruiter_in für eine interne Position bei LMT Personal am Standort Wels.

In dieser Rolle begleiten Sie Bewerberinnen und Bewerber strukturiert durch den Recruiting-Prozess und stehen in laufendem Austausch mit internen Ansprechpartnern. Eine klare Kommunikation, transparente Information und Verlässlichkeit sind dabei zentrale Bestandteile der täglichen Arbeit. 1 Recruiter_in - Rumänisch / Deutsch

Über die Stellenausschreibung

* Betreuung von Bewerberinnen und Bewerbern während des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses

* Durchführung von Erstgesprächen sowie laufende Kommunikation mit Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten

* Abstimmung mit internen Ansprechpartnern zu offenen Positionen und Anforderungen

* Pflege und strukturierte Dokumentation von Bewerberdaten

* Sicherstellung einer transparenten und verlässlichen Informationsweitergabe

* Sicherer Umgang mit unterschiedlichen kulturellen Hintergründen

* Klare, transparente Kommunikation im Kontakt mit Bewerberinnen, Bewerbern und internen Ansprechpartnern

Für beim AMS arbeitslos vorgemerkte Personen besteht gegebenenfalls die Möglichkeit sich über ein regionales AMS-Bildungsangebot wie beispielsweise die arbeitsplatznahe Qualifizierung (z.B.: AQUA) fehlende Qualifikationen anzueignen. Dieses Modell bietet die Chance zur Qualifizierung bis hin zum Lehrabschluss.

Während des AMS-Bildungsangebots werden Sie versicherungstechnisch und finanziell vom AMS abgesichert.
