- Over Sterksen - Klantcases & referenties - Werken bij Sterksen - Vacatures Recruiter Inhuurdesk - Zoetermeer Zoetermeer 40 uur Detachering Organisatie Onze opdrachtgever heeft een eigen inhuurdesk die de volledige inhuur van externe professionals binnen de domeinen juridisch en IT verzorgt, van aanvraag tot en met contract. Het is een drukke, operationele omgeving met een hoog volume aan aanvragen, contracten en administratie. Dagelijks worden er vacatures en inhuuraanvragen uitgezet, leveranciers gecontroleerd en contractuele bepalingen opgesteld binnen de geldende wet- en regelgeving. De desk wordt op dit moment gerund door twee recruiters die door de aanhoudende drukte en groei aan hun maximale capaciteit zitten. Daarom zoeken zij een extra collega die naast hen komt staan, het overzicht helpt bewaren en werk uit handen neemt. De cultuur is informeel, hands-on en resultaatgericht, met korte lijnen en veel ruimte voor eigen verantwoordelijkheid. Functie Als recruiter op de inhuurdesk ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige operationele proces rondom inhuur. Je zet inhuuraanvragen en vacatures uit in de markt en bij leveranciers en bewaakt de voortgang tot aan de plaatsing. Je voert leverancierschecks uit en controleert of partijen daadwerkelijk mogen leveren. Daarnaast pak je lopende contracten op, handel je de bijbehorende administratie nauwkeurig af en stel je zelfstandig de juiste contractuele bepalingen op. Je past hierbij je kennis van de geldende wet- en regelgeving toe, in het bijzonder de Wet DBA en de Wtta. Het is een uitvoerende, operationele rol waarin je snel schakelt en direct van waarde bent. Functie-eisen - Enkele jaren ervaring in recruitment, inhuur of contractbeheer, op medior niveau. - Aantoonbare kennis van wet- en regelgeving rondom inhuur, in het bijzonder de Wet DBA en de Wtta.
