Gilde Personeel Recruiter / intercedent | €2.500 - €3.300 | 32-40 uur | Bilthoven Als recruiter / intercedent breng je kandidaten en bedrijven bij elkaar, met je eigen klantenportfolio en veel verantwoordelijkheid. Je werkt 32 tot 40 uur per week vanuit een modern kantoor in Bilthoven en verdient een vast salaris van €2.500 - €3.300 per maand. Functieomschrijving Als recruiter / intercedent ben je de verbinding tussen kandidaten en bedrijven. Je beheert je eigen klantenportfolio, bouwt aan langdurige relaties en zorgt dat de juiste kandidaat op de juiste plek terechtkomt. Je schrijft vacatureteksten, voert sollicitatiegesprekken en gaat via verschillende kanalen zelf actief op zoek naar kandidaten. Je dag begint met het nabellen van binnengekomen sollicitaties. Daarna spreek je kandidaten en klanten. Je gaat regelmatig bij klanten langs om te horen wat ze nodig hebben en hoe het er bij hen aan toegaat. Tussendoor werk je vacatureteksten bij, plan je gesprekken en houd je kandidaten en opdrachtgevers op de hoogte, zodat alles soepel verloopt. Je werkt vanuit het kantoor in Bilthoven. Je krijgt veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en ondernemerschap, en kunt doorgroeien als het goed gaat. Jouw profiel Je past goed bij ons als je: - hbo werk- en denkniveau hebt; - 32 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar bent; - in de regio Utrecht woont; - minimaal 1 jaar ervaring hebt in de recruitmentbranche; - kansen ziet, zelf in actie komt en positief in je werk staat; - je in het Nederlands en Engels uitstekend uitdrukt.
